Reiki is a Japanese spiritual healing art that connects you with universal life force energy, or unconditional love. It is a subtle and effective form of energy work that can help the body return to balance. Reiki is an intelligent energy that seeks to help the individual find physical, emotional and spiritual pain relief. In fact, it is being used in hospitals and dentist offices around the country because of its proven pain relief and healing complement to traditional methods.
Reiki is the life energy that flows through all living things. I believe that everyone has the ability to connect with their own healing energy and use it to strengthen energy in themselves and help others. It is believed that a person’s “ki” or energy should be strong and free flowing. When this is true a person’s body and mind is in a positive state of health. When the energy becomes weak or blocked it could lead to symptoms of physical or emotional imbalance. It can also slow your ability to heal quickly.
A Distant Reiki session can help ease tension and stress and can help support the body to facilitate an environment for healing on all levels – physical, mental, and emotional.

During the 50 minute session, I will send Reiki healing to you. While it is not necessary, it is recommended that you schedule the session for a time when you will be uninterrupted. Ideally it would be possible for you to be in a comfortable position to receive Reiki. Most clients remark that it is a very relaxing and calming experience.
Often times we find ourselves giving away our life force energy, therefore weakening our ability to self heal. If you comfortable, I am happy to clear and cleanse the chakras to ensure energetic flow. Also energetic cords that are not serving in your highest good can also be released and reprogrammed for only highest of energy exchange.
